Please read the following carefully! This form is to advise you of fees and penalties related to your cruise:
Once deposit is made: All payments are non-refundable.
All name changes will be assessed a $100.00 per name Change Fee. (Please determine which party is to be billed prior to making changes.) All fees are per person.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Deposit Payment: The Stateroom Deposit is due at the time of the reservation. All monies paid are non-refundable:
Rates are cruise only and are per person, and based on double occupancy. Fuel surcharge may apply. Rates are subject to availability and may change without notice. Restrictions may apply.
The deposit These are per person deposits - $200/pp Inside Staterooms; $250/pp Ocean View; $300/pp Veranda Staterooms, Suites and above and due at time of booking and subject to a $100 per person name change fee. All cabin pricing is based on double occupancy.
Booking Fees, Gratuities, Taxes and Administration Fees: $199.00 per person additional. Deposit is due at time of booking. Final Payment - November 1, 2016.Other Terms and Conditions May Apply - Contact Flying Dutchmen Travel for information.
3rd and 4th passengers Interior $199 per person; Ocean View $299 per person; Balcony and above $499 per person plus Booking Fees, Gratuities, Taxes and Administration Fees of $199 per person.
Payment Plan (required) Deposit is due at time of booking. Payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on file on the first (1st) of each month with Final Payment November 1, 2016. All cabin pricing is based on double occupancy.
AutoPay: Your credit card on file will be charged automatically on the first (1st) of each month ; and Final Payment on November 1, 2016. Guests assume responsibility to provide updated credit card information for Auto Pay. If you will be sending a check, they must arrive in house on or before your payment is due.
Late Payments: There is a $35 late payment fee. This will be assessed each time a payment is late. If you are 60 days past due on any of the cruises we have the choice to cancel your reservation.
Excluded Charges: Charges are “cruise only” and are based upon double occupancy, and do not include airfare, ground transportation, onboard purchases, purchased drinks onboard or excursions. It does include all meals, shows and onboard events produced by the Glamorous Life Latin Cruise.
Fuel Surcharge: Royal Caribbean Cruise Line reserves the right to implement a fuel charge if oil prices rise above $65.00 a barrel with a maximum of $10.00 per person per day.
Airline tickets issued in association with this cruise are subject to all the rules and penalties imposed by the individual airlines and are nonrefundable once ticketed.
Pre and/or Post Cruise Packages are subject to different penalties for changes or cancellation. These will be determined by the vendors that are used.
Any disputes arising from the GlamorousLifeLatinCruise.com must be settled in California.

The above said deny any responsibility for liability for late arrival of your flight or train or for any illness, injury, damage, loss of cruise time or other irregularities resulting there from. You are responsible for arriving at the respective ports on time for embarkation and for joining the vessel at its next port of call if, for any reason you miss a scheduled sailing.
